Join our Financial Back Office Account team and play a key role in handling financial data, processing account transactions, and ensuring accuracy in reports. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in financial services, collections, or back-office support.
Qualifications:
Education:
Old Curriculum: At least High School Graduate
New Curriculum: Senior High School (K-12) Graduate
Work Experience: At least 6 months (BPO or Non-BPO) in any of the following:
Financial services, collections, or back-office operations
- Banking, cashiering, or clerical work
- Law firm or legal billing
- Billing specialist, accountant, accounts receivable
- Credit or cash applications specialist
- Payment or revenue specialist
- Data analyst or encoder
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with data entry, financial systems, and reports
- Willing to work on-site, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate financial data with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage account reconciliations, billing, and payment transactions
- Review, document, and update customer or client financial records
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and client requirements
- Support back-office operations by generating reports and maintaining records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies
- Contribute to meeting productivity and quality standards
