Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Collections Account team. The role involves assisting customers with their account concerns, managing overdue balances, and providing excellent service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. This is a great opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced individuals who want to grow their careers in the BPO industry.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
 - No prior work experience required (applicants with Customer Service or Collections background are encouraged to apply)
 - Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
 - Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
 - Amenable to work on-site at the designated office location
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and provide payment solutions
 - Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies
 - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
 - Educate customers on account details, billing processes, and payment options
 - Handle customer concerns and escalate cases when necessary
 - Meet performance targets and maintain quality standards
