ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with Shared Services departments and Leadership to align the Talent Acquisition team's objectives with overall company goals, while gathering requirements to support the implementation of efficient tools and systems.
  • Develops and executes test plans to validate the functionality and performance of tools and systems.
  • Troubleshoots tools and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Regularly evaluates the performance and scalability of tools and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for tools and systems, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Leads training sessions and workshops to drive successful adoption of Talent Acquisition tools and systems across the organization.
  • Assists in the development and execution of change management plans related to Talent Acquisition tools and systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Training Team Lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php85,000.00 per month
