HR/Admin Officer
-Preferred with experience and can set up the HR system
-Salary range: 18-22k (depending on experience)
-office location is Banawe area
-Monday-Saturday 8 am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews.
Prepare job offers and contracts.
Facilitate employee onboarding (documents, orientation, tools).
- Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain 201 files (personal, employment records).
Ensure company compliance with local labor laws and government mandates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Handle timekeeping data (biometrics/manual) and coordinate with accounting/payroll.
- Payroll Support
Submit attendance and deductions to accounting/payroll service.
Track leaves, absences, and overtime.
Ensure employees receive payslips and government contributions are up-to-date.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare
Help build a positive workplace culture.
Organize small team events, celebrations, or recognition efforts.
Support resolution of minor employee concerns or conflicts.
- Policy Implementation
Draft and update employee handbook or basic HR policies.
Ensure consistent enforcement of rules on attendance, discipline, and benefits.
- Administrative Support
Coordinate office supplies, utilities, and small-scale logistics.
Manage office filing, records, and permits.
Skills:
Familiarity with DOLE regulations and HRIS tools
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Can multi-task and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
