Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection
• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to ensure hiring decisions align with business goals.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
Process Improvement & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Identify opportunities for improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting (e.g., Network, Engineering)
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
