MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Professional
  • With a minimum of 3 years of combined experience ranging from site technical support, architectural coordination, project management, and research & development.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office Applications
  • Has knowledge in land development, Horizontal and MRB Plans.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying research opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Contributing to product development by designing innovative solutions.
  • Conducting technical research, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance.
  • Assists in consolidation of issues and concerns and pending deliverables to other departments. (via coordination meeting)
  • Assists schematic designs for Research and development.
  • Assists in the production of plans- such as permit plans, bidding plans, and construction drawing plans (Related to PDE and R&D Projects)
  • Supports funding initiatives alongside the PDE group), by providing requirements such as design schemes, plans, area allocation, etc.
  • Assists in verifying necessary information for PDE group, Benchmark studies, etc.
  • Verifies general specifications of projects (VE Version).
  • Assists in producing standard material specifications for both housing and commercial projects.
  • Periodic site visits on both north and south projects.
  • Coordinates with engineering consultants with regards with architectural concerns on the plans, and billing concerns. Also, in charge of coordination regarding availability for meeting concerns
  • In charge of reimbursements to research and development (R&D) departments
