JOB SUMMARY

THE RECEPTIONIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE BY HANDLING ALL IN-COMING/TRANSFERING TELEPHONE CALLS, THE RECEIPT OF ALL INCOMING/OUTGOING DOCUMENTS, AND ATTENDING TO ALL VISITORS WHO COME TO THE SALES OFFICE.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Properly screen and endorse all important calls to the concerned departments/personnel.
• Receive all customers/visitors and assist them in their queries or in guiding them to the proper department/unit or company personnel.
• Handle the receipt of all incoming documents, including billings/ important mails, acknowledge and endorse them to the concerned departments/persons.
• Responsible for the custody of all PA Properties forms needed by the employees.
• Assist as an usherette or guide in company activities and events.
• Provides relief and performs Secretary duties when the Secretary is unavailable.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the superior.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

a. Educational requirement : College graduate, preferably in a Behavioral Science course

b. Experiential requirement : With at least 1 year experience in customer service work

c. Required technical skills : Basic computer skills

d. Required interpersonal skills: Excellent communications and human relations skills; high customer service orientation
