Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Specialist role located in Makati. The Insurance Specialist will assist clients by addressing their insurance needs, providing personalized recommendations, and guiding them through insurance options. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing and presenting insurance solutions, liaising with insurance providers, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring their confidence in First Life Insurance's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
  • Background in Finance and an understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage
