Job Summary:

The Sales Analytics Assistant analyzes sales data, develops and maintains dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, and assists in other assigned tasks. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and have strong organizational skills.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand data requirements
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in other productivity tasks assigned from time to time.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; No experience required.
  • Intermediate expertise in Excel; Sound analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills; Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Presentation skills; Data visualization skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
