Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategy. This role ensures strong brand presence online, leads digital campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzes performance metrics, and drives growth through effective digital initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in digital advertising, content strategy, analytics, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Email, SEO/SEM, Website, etc.).
- Lead the planning and management of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Oversee content creation, social media calendars, and brand messaging to ensure consistent quality and alignment with marketing goals.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and improve organic search rankings.
- Manage the company's website, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports, insights, and recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Product, and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead A/B testing, customer segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.
- Manage and mentor junior digital marketing staff (if applicable).
- Ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar).
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker, and up-to-date with digital trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Graphic design or multimedia skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
- Marketing automation experience.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php32, Php40,000.00 per month
