Job Summary
We're looking for a Sales Admin Staff to support sales operations and product submissions. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and complete documents for monthly special buy submissions.
Assist in sample preparation and secure new SKUs.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely compliance.
Support CPR/FDA projects and GT new product developments.
Provide general admin support to the Sales team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- 1-2 years of experience this position is highly preferred.
- Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably a resident of Pasig or nearby areas.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (MS Office and Google Workspace)
