Advance Microsystems is looking for an Office Staff (Accounting - Payables) with the ff. job roles:

  • Create, route and monitor vouchers for payables.
  • Prepare and monitor checks and release payment to suppliers.
  • Prepare expense and other accounting reports.
  • Encode and Audit Data for reporting.
  • Other finance/accounting-related activities.

Candidates requirements:

  • Preferably with working experience as Accounting or Office Staff.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
