Role Description

The Senior Vice President of Projects will oversee and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals. This full-time, on-site role in Bacolod involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and fostering collaboration between departments. The role requires analyzing and mitigating risks, refining operational workflows, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for stakeholders. The Senior Vice President will serve as a key leader in advancing strategic priorities and coordinating large-scale efforts to support organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and strategic management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, and risk assessment to ensure timelines and goals are consistently met
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills to ensure smooth stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to refine processes and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience in enterprise management, operational oversight, and familiarity with project management tools
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or senior leadership roles
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
