Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and oversee civil engineering projects from planning to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • Proven proficiency in engineering principles, project management, quality control, and safety compliance
  • Knowledgeable in structural, geotechnical, transportation, water resources, and environmental engineering
  • Skilled in using design and modeling tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, and Navisworks
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in engineering project management or a related role
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from design to execution, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Prepare, review, and approve project plans, designs, and technical drawings
  • Coordinate with architects, draftsmen, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, implementing corrective actions when needed
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff
  • Generate progress reports and present updates to management and stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of new engineering technologies
