Role Overview :

The Vice President of Operations is a key member of Prince Retail Group's leadership team, responsible for the strategic management and operational excellence of the company's retail network across Visayas, Mindanao, and Luzon. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will drive store performance, ensure consistent execution of operational standards, and build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and customer focus. The leader will serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, aligning day-to-day operations with PRG's mission of 'One Town, One Prince.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee store performance, sales growth, and cost control.
  • Turn strategy into operational plans and lead expansion.
  • Standardize processes while adapting to regional needs.
  • Build and develop strong store and regional leaders.
  • Set KPIs, review results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years in retail/FMCG operations, 8+ years in senior leadership.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site operations.
  • Strong P&L management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Mandaue, Cebu.
