  • With at least 10 years of experience in academic administrative roles such as Dean, Department Head, or Program Chair; demonstrating the ability to lead and manage academic units and personnel.
  • Understanding of Higher Education Policies and Regulations
  • Professional Licensure (if applicable): For institutions offering programs in regulated professions, holding the relevant professional license might be a requirement or an advantage.
