Job Summary:
The Client Solutions Officer (CSO) – Engineering Functions is responsible for developing and delivering technical solutions tailored to client needs, primarily in the engineering and infrastructure domain. This role bridges the gap between clients and FMI team, ensuring projects are aligned with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility. The CSO plays a vital role in building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction through customized engineering & non-engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding engineering projects and technical services.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges, requirements, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to develop feasible and cost-effective solutions.
Solution Development & Presentation:
- Develop proposals, design briefs, and customized solutions that align with client expectations and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into accessible information for non-technical stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Delivery:
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects stay within scope and meet client requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting project issues and facilitate communication between client and technical teams.
Relationship Management & Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts or potential clients needing engineering solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and proposal development for large-scale engineering bids and tenders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or a related technical field.
- Additional business or client relationship management training is a plus.
- 3–5 years in engineering, technical sales, or client-facing roles within engineering services or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and solution delivery in technical environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems and project workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex engineering solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
