Your Role in a Nutshell:
As a Solutions Sales Specialist – AWS, you will lead our go-to-market strategy for AWS solutions. You'll help our customers understand the value of cloud transformation and guide them through the journey by positioning our AWS capabilities effectively and consultatively.

What You Will Do:
- Own the full sales cycle for AWS-related opportunities—from lead generation to closing.
- Engage with mid-market and enterprise clients to understand their cloud needs and position tailored AWS solutions.
- Work closely with Cloud Architects and Technical Consultants to craft proposals, demos, and POCs.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets for AWS solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with AWS account teams and ecosystem partners.
- Stay up to date with AWS offerings and evolving client challenges to drive meaningful sales conversations.
- Champion a consultative selling approach to help clients unlock business value through AWS.
What We Look For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud/technology sales, with at least 2 years focused on AWS or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven success in selling to enterprise accounts and managing complex solution-based sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of AWS product portfolio and ability to match solutions with business use cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—both technical and business-facing.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Sales Accreditation is a strong advantage.
- Experience in working with IT-BPM or consulting clients is preferred.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and solving real business challenges.
