
HR - Training Officer

The functions are to identify employees' training and development needs to aid in improving their productivity. The position is also tasked to plan, organize and oversee the implementation of internal and external training programs, and conduct proposed and requested training programs. Also, part of this position's purpose is to ensure that the objectives of the training programs are met.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps.
- Develop and implement annual training plans and calendars.
- Design and update training materials, manuals, and modules.
- Facilitate in-house trainings, orientations, and workshops.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage logistics.
- Track attendance, training records, and completion reports.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly training reports and maintain documentation.
- Manage training budget and ensure cost efficiency.
- Support career development, performance improvement, and engagement programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- A Manufacturing background is an advantage, but we're willing to accept candidates whose previous experiences are from different industries.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Training and Development in Manufacturing or other fields.
- Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
