The HR Supervisor for Employee Relations is responsible for managing employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues efficiently. This role addresses grievances and ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations processes including conflict resolution, employee counseling, and complaint investigations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee behavior and performance issues.
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes and manage grievance procedures to maintain a supportive workplace.
- Collaborate with management to improve HR policies related to employee relations.
- Conduct training on employee relations topics and maintain accurate confidential records of employee relations activities.
- Monitor organizational changes to identify potential employee relations risks and proactively address them.
- Coordinate with external parties as needed, including legal counsel or labor representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities in employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
