The Role

  • BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)

  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PHT

The HR Generalist is a versatile HR professional responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:

    • Facilitate orientation

    • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes.

    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • Attend and facilitate admin hearings

    • Provide proper onboarding and off boarding of employees

  • Benefits Administration:

    • Manage employee benefits programs, including HMO, retirement plans, and other perks.

    • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.

    • Ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits.

  • Payroll Processing:

    • Process accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.

    • Ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations.

    • Generate accurate payroll reports and summaries.

  • Compliance and Record-keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax requirements.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

    • Prepare necessary reports and documentation.

  • Policy Development and Implementation:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, such as the company handbook.

    • Review and update policies as needed to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

    • Assist in the preparation and submission of government-required documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist.

  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and HRIS systems.

  • Experienced using Click Up and Hub Spot

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience in recruitment is a plus.
