The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role works closely with leadership and staff to support the company's human resource needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and hiring, ensuring that the company attracts top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans for employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, assist in compensation planning, and provide guidance to employees on benefits-related matters.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, career development initiatives, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company is compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration: Maintain HR records, process new hire paperwork, and ensure accurate recordkeeping of personnel files.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that improve employee morale and job satisfaction, such as surveys, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
  • Workplace Health & Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and managing workers' compensation claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
