HR Generalist

We are looking for a highly committed and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary management, and employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

  • Prepare and issue memos, notices, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.

  • Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

  • Plan and implement employee engagement and development initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and ensure compliance with labor standards.

  • Support HR projects, audits, and policy improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of HR experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and disciplinary processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong personality, with integrity and fairness in decision-making.

  • Highly committed, organized, and results-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
