What will you do? Recommend necessary actions to improve dealer performance. Monitor and coordinate with credit and collection departments for the resolution and compliance of dealer violations.

Qualify dealer selection for CODO.Review and recommend proposals for Conversion Packages. Ensure the implementation of forecourt standard procedures and station cleanliness.Recommend promotions and marketing strategies. Conduct spot station visits.

Accept station turnover from Site Development.Recommend rehabilitation requirements for stations. Complete monthly reports. Attend to station openings and recommend opening promos and programs.

What are we looking for? Graduate of Business or related courses. At least 5-7 years of experience in the Petroleum Retail Sales industry.

Ability to handle nationwide coverage. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required. Knowledge and experience in handling dealers and franchisees.

Strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
