The Retail and Operations Head – Distribution & Retail is responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for both distribution and retail channels. This role ensures revenue growth, market expansion, sales efficiency, and profitability by driving sell-through performance, optimizing inventory flow, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a data-driven mindset, capable of managing high-performing sales teams while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Inventory, and HR to ensure that sales objectives align with overall business goals.

Performance will be measured based on sales achievement, sell-through rates, profit margins, distributor and store performance, and execution efficiency. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in distribution, retail, or FMCG industries. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in key account management, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, inventory flow, and market trends. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities & KPI Alignment Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement the sales strategy for both distribution and retail to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Set and achieve sales targets, profit margins, and sell-through goals across all channels. Identify new market opportunities, business expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Align sales execution with brand positioning, inventory flow, and business objectives. Leadership & Team Development Distribution Sales Management Oversee distributor relationships, ensuring sales performance, compliance with agreements, and inventory management. Develop strong partnerships with distributors to ensure alignment with sales strategies.

Monitor and analyze sell-through performance of distribution partners to optimize stock allocation. Retail Sales & Store Operations Lead the retail sales team to drive revenue growth across company-owned and franchise retail stores. #J-18808-Ljbffr
