This role will oversee enterprise systems across retail and warehouse sites, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all business technology platforms. Job Description Develop and execute the company's IT roadmap aligned with business goals. Oversee daily operations of the IT department across head office and warehouse locations. Lead infrastructure, systems administration, retail POS, and IT support functions. Collaborate closely with the CFO and other department heads on technology planning and budgeting. Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity across all platforms. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate IT-related contracts. Provide leadership and mentorship to IT personnel both at HQ and in warehouse operations. The Successful Applicant Minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment . Strong background in managing enterprise systems, retail POS, infrastructure, and IT support. Experience coordinating across multiple locations, including warehouse tech operations. Effective communicator who can engage with both local leadership and foreign investors. Willing to work 100% onsite in QC and visit Cavite from time to time as needed.
