Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and expert advice throughout the entire real estate process.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, providing detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms between clients and other parties involved.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and prices in the Iloilo area.
  • Prepare and review property listings, contracts, and other documents required for real estate transactions.
  • Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and local advertising.
  • Provide clients with market insights, property evaluations, and legal guidelines related to real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local property markets in Iloilo.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and online property listing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
