Position: HR Specialist - Plant

Location: Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Qualifications
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in employee relations, government mandatory benefits, and company initiated benefits
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized and capable of handling fast-paced operational requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage timekeeping of Dressing Plant employees
  • Ensure manpower complement and coordinate deployment of workers to meet operational needs
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution in line with company policies
  • Support the implementation of employee discipline and compliance programs
