Job Summary:

The People Specialist supports the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Employee Records Management

Maintaining and updating employee files and records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with company and legal standards.

Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring data privacy compliance.

2. Onboarding and Offboarding Support

Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and training arrangements.

Managing offboarding tasks, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and finalizing employee clearances.

3. Payroll and Benefits Administration

Assisting in the payroll process by gathering timesheets, verifying attendance, and preparing payroll reports.

Supporting benefits administration by answering employee questions, processing enrollments, and assisting with claims or other benefits-related issues.

4. HR Reporting and Data Management

Generating reports on employee statistics, attendance, and turnover, and providing insights based on data.

Using HR information systems (HRIS) to manage and retrieve data, and troubleshooting any technical issues with the system.

5. Employee Relations Support

Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Assisting in organizing team-building activities, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.

6. General Administrative Tasks

Managing HR correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing HR documentation Supporting the HR team with various projects, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
