• Define sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and set sales quotas aligned with the company's sales and profitability targets
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, product preferences, competitors' activities, and market trends to guide sales efforts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Proactively identify new market leads
• Maintains and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely solutions
• Ensures that sold equipment or materials conform to customer order specifications and quality standards
• Provides technical support and training to clients on proper use of products and implementation of services
• Ensures all completed jobs are reported accurately for billing and collection
• Maintains detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details, and provide regular reports to management
• Submits on time duly accomplished fieldwork itineraries
• Ensures transparency and accountability in daily reporting, providing GPS photo updates as proof of presence during fieldwork
• Work in accordance with the company's QMS policy and objectives.
