We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Functional Implementor with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP deployment and a CPA qualification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Odoo functionalities, and leading the implementation of various ERP modules (primarily Finance, Accounting, Inventory, and Sales). You will serve as a vital link between our technical team and end users, ensuring smooth rollout and optimal system usage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules, especially Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping to align business needs with Odoo capabilities.
  • Configure Odoo modules based on client or internal requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate data migration and integration with third-party systems.
  • Provide functional support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve post-implementation issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Train end-users on Odoo functionalities, with a strong emphasis on accounting workflows.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in all financial module implementations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ Years)
