Work Engagement: Permanent | Direct Hire

Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Pasig City

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
• Develop and refine menu offerings based on customer preferences and culinary trends.
• Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen budgeting to maintain operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Experience : Minimum 6-10 years in a professional kitchen, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Food Safety Expertise : Strong knowledge of HACCP, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to inspire, train, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications : Culinary or food safety certifications are a plus.
• Adaptability & Passion : Willing to relocate work in Pasig and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
