What You'll Own & Lead:

  • Manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, and counseling
  • Design and run engagement programs, surveys, and recognition events
  • Reinforce company culture, core values, and employee morale
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage internal communications, team-building activities, and HR events

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or engagement programs
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and employee engagement strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Handles sensitive matters with integrity and discretion
  • Experience with HR or analytics tools is a plus
