Qualifications:

  • 4 years college graduate.
  • With minimum of 2 years work experience as Sales Supervisor from construction materials industry.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must have drivers license.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
