Retail Commercial Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Commercial Sales Executive with a strong drive for sales development and business expansion. This role goes beyond retail sales—it focuses on building, generating, and converting reseller leads, identifying partnership opportunities, and creating scalable growth through bulk and B2B channels. While prior experience in franchising or reseller development is a plus, it is not a requirement.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and skilled at spotting business opportunities that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Conversion

  • Identify, qualify, and convert reseller and bulk purchase leads through website inquiries, social media, trade networks, and direct outreach.
  • Proactively seek potential B2B partners, distributors, and high-volume buyers to expand sales channels.
  • Develop customized pitches and proposals for resellers, highlighting value-add opportunities and long-term collaboration.
  • Maintain CRM records of prospects, negotiations, and purchase history for commercial growth tracking.

Partnership Development & Market Expansion

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with resellers, bulk buyers, and corporate clients.
  • Explore franchise-style or territory reseller models to expand business presence and market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design commercial programs, bundle packages, and incentives that drive reseller success.
  • Analyze reseller performance and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Operational & Sales Efficiency

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable order fulfillment for resellers.
  • Maintain clear communication with partners regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Quickly resolve reseller or bulk order concerns to sustain trust and business continuity.

Revenue Growth & Strategic Initiatives

  • Achieve and exceed commercial sales targets through strategic business development.
  • Analyze industry and competitor activities to identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and tools that attract resellers and B2B clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in franchising or reseller development is a strong plus).
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Ability to create and sustain business relationships that generate repeat and bulk sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipelines, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
