We're looking for a Head of Procurement to join one of the Big Four global professional services firms. This is a strategic, client-facing, and cross-project leadership role, ideal for someone ready to own an entire business operations and drive procurement transformation programs at scale. You'll oversee the entire Procurement Functional operations, providing strategic direction, managing teams, building capabilities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements. You'll also act as a thought leader for procurement transformation programs, supporting top-tier clients in optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire Procurement Functional operations, including Associate Directors, Managers, and Consultants.
  • Own end-to-end procurement transformation programs across multiple clients and industries.
  • Provide expertise in Ivalua/Coupa/Ariba, and design functional solutions, oversee configuration, and guide teams through deployment.
  • Drive capability-building, mentorship, and recruitment for the department.
  • Partner with C-level stakeholders to provide advisory services and thought leadership.
  • Support business development and presales initiatives, showcasing procurement expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of procurement and consulting experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Ivalua/Coupa/Ariba.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale S2P/procurement transformation programs.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and driving cross-project excellence.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
