Job Summary:

The
Procurement Analyst
is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process — from sourcing and evaluating suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services. The role ensures cost efficiency, compliance with procurement policies, and alignment with company objectives. The position also supports financial analysis related to procurement activities and contributes to supplier relationship management to achieve cost savings and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, and purchase order processing.
  • Conduct market research and cost analysis to support strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
  • Review and prepare contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management standards.
  • Monitor requisitions, vendor performance, and payment requests to ensure timely processing.
  • Develop and maintain supplier databases and ensure proper accreditation and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Workplace Solutions) to address procurement needs.
  • Analyze proposals and evaluate suppliers based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ROI, and value-for-money principles.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
  • Promote continuous process improvements and adherence to Inspiro's values of trust, excellence, accountability, malasakit, meritocracy, and respect.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four- or five-year course, preferably in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement management.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Proficient in
    SAP
    and
    MS Office applications
    .
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage vendor relationships effectively.
