Join our team in Amanpulo. Role
You play a key role in attracting and selecting the right talent to support the organization's growth and operational excellence. Your position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process in coordination with department heads. You are responsible for ensuring that recruitment practices are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with company values and workforce planning strategies. Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers, you contribute to building strong, capable teams that enhance the organization's performance and long-term success.

Further, you are responsible in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement initiatives, social events, wellness programs, and other activities that foster a positive work environment and support company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements.
  • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find candidates.
  • Review resumes and cover letters and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely communication and feedback.
  • Verify candidate credentials and work history.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment records and databases.
  • Assists DOHR/HR Manager in preparing different in-house employee engagement and social activities and submits Employee Activity Calendar every month
  • Prepares necessary budget for every employee activity and presents to DOHR/HR Manager for approval.
  • Coordinates representation of every department in every employee activity and facilitates meetings in preparation for its successful implementation.
  • Ensures proper planning and preparation of logistical requirements based on time scales leading to a successful execution of every activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Has five years of proven experience in HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Recruitment and Engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid experience in Recruitment and Engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
