  • Update and maintain billing records and customer accounts
  • Process payments and refunds for clients
  • Prepare monthly billing reports for management review
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing and invoicing
  • Proficiency in using billing software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
