- Assist in the preparation of invoices and bills for clients
- Review and verify the accuracy of billing data and invoices before sending to clients
- Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Update and maintain billing records and customer accounts
- Process payments and refunds for clients
- Prepare monthly billing reports for management review
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing and invoicing
- Proficiency in using billing software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
