E-Commerce Sales Associate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Sales Supervisor

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for managing and driving online sales growth through Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role involves overseeing store operations, optimizing product listings, executing promotions, handling customer engagement, and monitoring sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Store Management

  • Manage and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates.
  • Monitor daily store performance and maintain high operational efficiency.

Sales Growth & Revenue Targets

  • Develop and execute marketplace promotions and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and top-performing SKUs to optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to meet monthly sales, revenue, and profitability goals.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales concerns across platforms.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and positive store reviews.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report weekly and monthly sales, revenue, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and trends to stay competitive.
  • Recommend actionable strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or online marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller tools and dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing, pricing strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
