Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a E-commerce Associate

What are the Job Responsibilities?

Platform Management:

·       Manage Seller Center accounts of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

·       Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock availability).

·       Monitor store health, performance metrics, and compliance with platform policies.

Campaigns & Promotions:

·       Register products for platform campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.

·       Coordinate execution of promotions, discounts, and bundles as approved by management.

·       Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports.

Order & Inventory Management:

·       Monitor and process orders daily to ensure timely fulfillment.

·       Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for delivery schedules and stock replenishment.

·       Track cancellations, returns, and refunds, ensuring proper resolution.

Reporting & Analysis:

·       Prepare regular sales, traffic, and campaign performance reports.

·       Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities

·       Monitor competitors and provide insights on pricing and assortment.

·       Recommend improvements to boost online visibility and conversions.

Coordination:

·       Work closely with the marketing team for store banners, ads, and content needs.

·       Coordinate with finance for sales reconciliation, platform fees, and deductions.

·       Support overall e-commerce initiatives of the company.

·       S.O generation based on booking coming from customers

·       Processing of customers payment

·       Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.

What are the Qualifications?

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

·       At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop). Fresh graduates with strong digital skills may be considered.

·       Familiarity with Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and basic online selling mechanics.

·       Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·       Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays depending on campaign/peak season needs.

·       Willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City

·       Can start on September 16, 2025
