About the role

Auxilia Inc' is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Gaming Support Accounts Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to players of Riot Games, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing prompt and courteous support to Riot Games players via chat, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately documenting and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Identifying and reporting on trends or issues to help improve the overall player experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes and procedures
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest gaming support best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a gaming or tech-related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and effective support to players
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve player issues
  • Familiarity with Riot Games or other popular gaming platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
