Qualifications:

* Graduate of Accounting or a related field

* With 2–5 years of relevant work experience

* Strong computer literacy; experience with accounting software

* Must be analytical, organized, and detail-oriented

* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update financial records including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

* Reconcile bank statements and compute tax payments and returns

* Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.) in accordance with legal guidelines

* Review and implement financial policies and procedures

* Prepare budget forecasts and support organizational budgeting and reporting

* Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors

* Process invoices and monitor company expenses

* Manage accounts payable and receivable

* Ensure financial transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations

* Stay current with the latest financial trends and regulatory requirements

* Keep all financial information organized and easily accessible

Work Details:

* Location Preference: Candidates residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or Makati

* Work Setup: Full-Time | Onsite

* Availability: Must be willing to start ASAP
