Job Qualifications:

  • Accounting Graduate: MBA degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant work experience as an Accounting Officer.
  • With excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • With work experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Ability to learn various processes and policies quickly to effectively provide support to the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of people in the organization.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and analyzing the company's financial reports
  • Providing financial training to employees whenever needed
  • Evaluating and managing financial risk
  • Ensuring compliance with both accounting and tax requirements.
  • Verification of compliance with tax objectives and the organization's standards and procedures.
  • Identifying areas for improvement as well as detection of inaccuracies and deviations from a financial perspective.
  • Supervision of the preparation of individual and consolidated annual reports and financial statements.
  • Responsible for maintaining good relationship with external auditors and other third-party professional service providers.
  • Definition, development, and implementation of company's standards and Procedures.
  • Participation in the development of the company's general business plan.
