Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all disbursement transactions including payments, reimbursements, check preparation, and online banking transactions.
  • Administer payroll functions such as timekeeping, salary computation, and timely release of employee pay.
  • Ensure accurate computation and remittance of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and prepare monthly tax filings (1601C, 0619E).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, or general accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and tax filing requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
