We're looking for a Migrations Specialist to help migrate content from customers previous platforms onto their accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable with learning new platforms, and is skilled at multitasking and task prioritization.

What does a day in the life of a Data Processor look like?

  • Consistently meeting productivity targets and project deadlines.
  • Using project management tools and time management skills to effectively prioritize projects based on complexity, size, and time investment required.
  • Reviewing migration requests from customers regarding which courses and products they want to be migrated.
  • Accessing customer content from various platforms (e.g. Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.), downloading all relevant files, videos, text, etc and uploading it to the
  • customer's account, being sure to meet productivity targets and project deadlines.
  • Migrating data and email content from various email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, ConvertKit, MailerLite, etc.) into the email marketing tool.
  • Proactively communicating with the migrations team regarding technical issues and the status of open migrations
  • Completing progress reports daily using various project management tools.
  • Managing personal calendar, attending scheduled meetings during overlap with US hours.

What are the required qualifications for a Data Processor?

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort learning new technology
  • Friendly, easy to work with, open to feedback, easygoing.
  • The candidate must be able to express themselves clearly and not have any comprehension issues. Native or near-native accent is not necessary for the role.
  • Must have a strong, stable internet connection

Having these qualifications are helpful, but not required

  • Proficient in Project management tools
  • Proficient in Slack
  • Experience with Trello.
  • Experience with online course platforms, ie: Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, LearnyBox, LearnDash, Udemy.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, ie: Aweber, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, MailChimp, ConvertKit.
