Position: Business Processor (Insurance)

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office/Hybrid

Location: Makati, Philippines (In-office/Hybrid)

Work Hours: US hours (temporarily, can move to a flexible schedule as work is stabilized)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brokers in handling the insurance quotations to meet their customer requirements.
  • Ensure that all Insurance Quotations are accurate and receive by the Brokers in a timely manner.
  • Prepare required reports of the Brokers.
  • Planning and managing paper work.
  • Drawing up quotations.
  • Notifying customers of their policy renewals.
  • Handles invoicing to the customers
  • Any other tasks required by the Broker.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience using data entry, record keeping or insurance policy computer systems or programs is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, carriers and processing considered a plus
  • Experience in coordinating with customers and insurance brokers preferred
  • With knowledge on using Vertifore - AMS360, AMS, Applied Epic is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Customer Service representative experience is a plus
  • Strong PC skills including Word & Excel
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up and analysis skills, detail oriented
  • Administrative related work experience
  • With knowledge on using Vertifore - AMS360, AMS, Applied Epic is a plus.
