Overview:

The Route Settlement Processor is responsible for the end-to-end management and recording of shipments and execution of the activies listed below. The role is for a Fixed Term contract of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure coding completeness and closing of load transactions.
  2. Analyzes transactions in the system and prepare reconciliation per sales routes.
  3. Validates and make adjustments to be effected in the system, aligned to company policy.
  4. Report daily shortages and deviations and prepare settlement deviating reports.
  5. Ensure SAP's General Ledger balance and Sales system Ledger are reconciled.
  6. Perform analysis and control of settlement documents and conduct immediate resolution from concerned party or function if needed.
  7. Ensure timelines and completeness in the submission of settlement reports.
  8. Ensure proper storage of collections and reconciliations documents.
  9. Ensures that all Delivery Document are properly collected in online storage and kept on-record.
  10. Communicate with the immediate superior on any issues or concerns regarding route settlement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course.
  • Minimum 1 year administrative and/or logistics experience.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Willing for a shifting schedule and overtime work on Saturdays.
  • Hybrid work setup, 2x-3x a week onsite. Office is located in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
  • Fixed Term Contract of 6 Months.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.
