Your role

As An Insurance Processor, You Will

  • Pre-register patient data prior to physician appointments.
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Inform patients of their financial responsibility for the appointment.
  • Collect and document accurate Personal and Family Medical History in the patient's chart.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Prior experience in customer service and insurance verification.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Personable and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and share information effectively.
