Role Summary:
As a Lead and Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team by generating client leads, conducting organizational mapping, creating targeted lists, and sourcing high-quality candidates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, thrives on organization, and is comfortable handling administrative tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our recruitment projects and help us maintain a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Client Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry directories, networking events) to build a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Organizational Mapping: Analyze and map out organizational structures of target companies to identify key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- List Creation: Develop and maintain detailed lists of target companies, contacts, and candidates using tools like Excel, ATS, or CRM systems.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through online databases, social media, Boolean searches, and other tools.
- Data Management: Ensure all client and candidate information is accurately recorded and updated in our systems.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Has 3 to 12 months of recruitment experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Proficiency using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Hubspot, or other CRM).
